The First Conversation

221 people joined the first WorkWell conversation in 2026. In 2027, WorkWell builds on that foundation with a sharper organizational focus, original Jordanian workplace insight, and a stronger emphasis on leadership, work design, and sustainable performance.

WorkWell Amman 2026 was a one-day leadership conference designed for professionals who want to perform, lead, and stay effective under pressure — without burning out.

The conference offered practical, evidence-based tools to help individuals strengthen focus, resilience, emotional regulation, and decision-making, while understanding how leadership behavior and workplace culture directly impact performance and long-term career sustainability.

Organized by The Jordan Chapter of ICF (the International Coaching Federation), in collaboration with Haya Cultural Center and Ithraa Training Center
