Why WorkWell Amman

From Wellness Programs to Well Organizations

Workplace wellbeing is not simply determined by the programs and benefits organizations provide. It is shaped by how work is designed, how people are managed, how leaders behave, how technology is introduced, and the systems surrounding them.

01

People

The individuals whose daily experience of work shapes their wellbeing and their contribution.

02

Leadership

The everyday behaviour of managers that determines how work actually feels.

03

Systems

The structures, processes and technologies that shape what work demands of people.

04

Performance

The sustainable outcomes that healthy work makes possible for people and for organizations.

Wellbeing is not simply something we add to work. It is something we design into work.

How do we design organizations where people and performance can thrive?
